All products are manufactured by Cool Bear Co. Ltd in Taiwan and supplied to us under an authorised dealer agreement. Every product you purchase from Cool Bear UK is genuine, factory-fresh, and backed by the full manufacturer’s warranty.
What we do
We provide UK car enthusiasts — from serious track competitors to modded-car owners — with the exact suspension, braking, and wheel setup for their specific vehicle. Our vehicle fitment system lets you search by make, model, and year to find precisely the right parts for your car.
All products are made to order at the Cool Bear factory in Taiwan, configured to your exact specification. This means every coilover set, brake kit, and wheel is built specifically for you — ensuring the perfect fit for your vehicle and driving style.
The Cool Bear group
Cool Bear is the largest tuning and performance parts manufacturer in Asia, specialising in high-performance suspension, brake systems, air suspension, and forged wheels — the only manufacturer in the world producing all four product families under one roof.
On 1 June 2025, Cool Bear invested in TW Racing Part Inc, acquiring a majority stake and bringing the complete brand portfolio — D2, K-Sport, XYZ, and Air Force, together with the TW Racing race team — under the Cool Bear name.
Since the reorganisation, Cool Bear has re-established a strengthened research, development, and testing team, and backs its products with the longest factory warranty coverage in the aftermarket: a 5-year oil-leakage warranty on suspension and air suspension systems, and a 10-year oil-leakage warranty on brake systems.

The factory
Every product is designed, forged, machined, finished, assembled, and tested at the Cool Bear factory at No. 3, 10th Industrial Road, Xitun District, Taichung City, Taiwan. Manufacturing is fully vertically integrated — product design and R&D, mould development, CNC precision machining, forging, heat treatment, surface finishing, final assembly, and quality control all happen in-house, and products are built to meet international standards including TUV, ISO, VIA, and JWL.
This is what that process looks like for each product family, from first drawing to real-vehicle sign-off:
Coilover production & testing — 21 stages
- 3D scanning — high-precision 3D scanning creates accurate part models, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
- Drafting — complete engineering drawings with dimensions and tolerances clearly annotated.
- 3D printing — rapid prototyping of components to verify structural feasibility and design accuracy.
- Spring production — precision-wound springs and aluminium-extruded trays for optimal elasticity and structural strength.
- Forged upper mounts — high-pressure forging increases metal density and enhances durability.
- CNC machining (finishing) — precision CNC machining ensures dimensional accuracy and assembly fit.
- Plastic injection — adjustable rod components for precise suspension tunability.
- Lathe threading / cylinder boring — components machined for structural precision and long-term durability.
- Laser cutting — high-energy laser cutting for clean edges and production efficiency.
- Welding — professional welding strengthens structural connections with uniform load distribution.
- Anodising — surface anodisation for corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and finish quality.
- DU piston powder injection moulding — DU piston bushings with high wear resistance and low friction.
- Central-axis multi-function machining — precise processing of the central axis for coaxiality and dimensional accuracy.
- Rockwell hardness testing — material hardness verified for metal strength and consistency.
- DU concentricity gauge — measures DU piston concentricity for smooth operation and consistent lifespan.
- 2.5D projection system — inspects part dimensions and geometric accuracy.
- RA surface roughness measurement — ensures optimal sliding performance and effective sealing.
- Shaft concentricity gauge — checks shaft coaxiality to prevent eccentricity affecting structural load.
- Salt spray test — simulates harsh environments to verify corrosion resistance and durability.
- Damping test — dynamic testing of damping curves for stable performance and precise tuning.
- Real vehicle testing — final sign-off on the car, not just the bench.
Brake production & testing — 10 stages
- CNC lathe — precision parts machined for structural accuracy and concentricity.
