Caliper render for this kit:

The Stelvio carries serious mass for a car expected to corner like a Giulia, and on a long descent or a string of hard stops that weight lands squarely on the brakes. The XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit for the Alfa Romeo Stelvio targets the rear axle specifically, the end that does the settling and stability work under heavy braking on Alfa’s rear-biased Q4 layout.
This is a rear-fitment upgrade, a matched pair of left and right rear calipers and two-piece floating discs, built around a hollow-vane disc core to shed rotating weight while adding the thermal headroom a heavy crossover runs short of when worked hard. Run to balance an uprated front or fitted alongside a matching front kit, it gives the Stelvio a firmer, more repeatable pedal once the discs are up to temperature.
What this brake kit does for your 2017-2026 Alfa Romeo Stelvio
After fitting, the first thing you notice is a rear axle that stops going soft after a few committed stops. The hollow-vane disc core cuts rotating and unsprung mass at each rear corner, which sharpens how quickly the wheels respond and takes load off the rear dampers. The result is a longer, more consistent pedal that resists the fade you get when nearly 1.8 tonnes keeps asking the rear brakes for more.
Pad compound matches rear bite to how you use the car. Street is the quiet, low-dust road default. Sport adds bite and heat range for fast road plus the odd track day. Racing is the full track compound for circuit and hillclimb work where the Stelvio’s height and weight punish a stock setup. The included caliper finishes, Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black, plus any Pantone as a Custom Color, let the hardware read as intent behind the wheel spokes.
About the Hollow Rear Brake Kit
The Hollow Rear Brake Kit is built around two-piece floating discs with a hollow-vane core, a lightened construction that strips rotating mass without surrendering thermal capacity. Less mass spinning at each rear hub means quicker acceleration and deceleration of the wheel itself and less inertia for the suspension to manage, while improved airflow helps the rear brakes shed heat between stops.
Disc face is drilled or slotted at the same price, and centre bell upgrades, two-tone anodizing in five colours or titanium, are selectable when you order. The kit ships with a choice of three pad compounds – Street for road manners, Sport for a firmer everyday bite, and Racing for sustained high-temperature use – so the same hardware suits very different owners. The caliper is hollow-body as standard, with premium polished-forged Titanium, Polished Gold and Polished Silver and candy Teal, Blue, Red and Orange beyond the included colours. A Hollow Racing caliper, with no dust cover, a 1000C rating and a two-year warranty, is there for serious track use. As a rear-specific kit it works the axle where heat soak quietly erodes confidence on a heavy SUV, complementing rather than overpowering the front end.
Fitment for the Alfa Romeo Stelvio (2017-2026)
This kit is configured for the Alfa Romeo Stelvio across the 2017 to 2026 model years, fitting the rear axle of the Giorgio-platform SUV. It is a rear-position kit, so confirm whether you are running it alongside a matching front upgrade or to rebalance an existing one. Choose your disc style, pad compound and caliper finish when you order.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
