Caliper render for this kit:

The 5.7 HEMI 300C left the factory with brakes specified for relaxed motorway cruising rather than the near two-tonne kerb weight and torque-rich V8 sitting over the front axle. Where the SRT-8 got the factory Brembos, the standard 5.7 made do with more modest hardware, fine until you load the car, tow, or start leaning on the HEMI’s mid-range. The XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit addresses the back axle of that exact car: the non SRT-8 300C 5.7 built between 2005 and 2010, supplied as a matched left-and-right pair.
Rear braking on a nose-heavy LX saloon is about stability and heat management as much as outright stopping force. This kit hands the rear axle more thermal headroom and a firmer, more consistent pedal in the conditions where the standard discs would already be giving up.
What this brake kit does for your 2005-2010 Chrysler 300C 5.7 (NON SRT-8)
Fit this rear kit and the first thing you feel is pedal consistency under repeated heavy use. The heavy 300C punishes undersized rear brakes on long descents and under tow, and the extra rotor mass and swept area here resist the fade that turns a firm pedal soft. Pad compound is your call: the Street option stays quiet and low-dust for daily miles, the Sport compound bites harder from cold for spirited road use and the occasional track day, and the Racing compound holds up to sustained high temperatures for track or fast-road work. The two-piece, hollow-vane disc trims rotational and unsprung mass at the rear, which helps the W211-derived rear suspension settle more quickly over mid-corner bumps. You also gain a cleaner brake balance front-to-rear on a car that carries most of its weight over the nose, especially when the rear compound is matched to the front.
About the Hollow Rear Brake Kit
The Hollow Rear Brake Kit is a bolt-on rear-axle upgrade built around a two-piece floating disc with a hollow-vane braking ring, shedding weight while keeping the cooling surface a heavy saloon needs, the floating bell letting the ring expand under heat without distorting. As a big brake kit it sits the caliper over a larger, better-ventilated rotor than the original rear setup, raising thermal capacity for the repeat stops that overwhelm factory hardware. The caliper is hollow-bodied as standard, with a Hollow Racing upgrade for serious track use that removes the dust cover, is rated to 1000C and carries a two-year warranty. Three pad compounds cover the realistic use cases for a 5.7 300C: Street for quiet, low-dust daily driving, Sport for harder road work, and Racing for sustained high-temperature use. Caliper finish is specified at order in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black or Anodized Black at no extra cost, with premium polished-forged and candy options and a custom Pantone choice, while discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, braided lines are included, and the centre bell can be upgraded to a two-tone anodized colour or titanium, so the kit can hide behind the wheels or make a statement. Being rear-specific, it is built to pair with a front upgrade and restore the front-to-rear balance the standard car lacks once you start asking more of it.
Fitment for the Chrysler 300C 5.7 (NON SRT-8) (2005-2010)
This kit is cut for the Chrysler 300C 5.7 HEMI in non SRT-8 specification, covering the 2005 to 2010 model years on the LX platform, as a left-and-right pair. It is a rear-axle kit matched to the standard 5.7 hub and rear geometry, not the SRT-8, which ran its own larger factory brake hardware. Confirm your car is the 5.7 non SRT-8 before ordering.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
