Caliper render for this kit:

The W205 C-Class hides a packaging quirk at the rear: an electronically actuated parking brake built into the standard caliper, which is why any rear upgrade for this chassis has to be specified deliberately rather than bolted on blind. The XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit is built around that reality, pairing a lightweight two-piece floating disc with an upgraded caliper that restores rear stopping power without upsetting the car’s standing-brake function.
On a 2015-2021 C-Class W205 – whether it is a daily-driven C200 or a harder-worked car seeing track days – the rear axle does its real job managing balance, not headline deceleration. Supplied as a matched pair of rear calipers and discs, this kit is sized to complement a front upgrade and hold brake bias where Mercedes set it, so the back end stays settled when you lean on the pedal late into a corner.
What this brake kit does for your 2015-2021 Mercedes Benz C-Class W205
The hollow-vane disc design strips rotating and unsprung weight from the rear axle, which sharpens the way the W205 settles over mid-corner bumps and cuts the inertia the dampers have to fight. A larger rear disc and caliper give firmer, more progressive pedal feel and resist the fade that creeps in on a long descent or a run of hard stops. You choose the pad compound to match how you drive: Street for quiet, low-dust road use, Sport for fast-road and B-road work, or Racing for sustained circuit sessions where rear heat builds. The payoff on the C-Class is a brake that keeps its bias and feel after repeated stops instead of going long and wooden.
About the Hollow rear brake kit
XYZ Racing’s hollow rear brake kit takes its name from the disc itself – a two-piece floating disc with hollow vanes that cut mass without giving up thermal capacity, so the rear axle carries less rotating weight while still shedding heat across a session. The kit is supplied as a matched rear set of discs, calipers and pads, with the caliper engineered to work alongside the W205’s electronic parking brake rather than delete it. The caliper is hollow-body as standard, with a Hollow Racing upgrade rated to 1000C and a two-year warranty for serious track use. Pad compound is set when you order – Street, Sport or Racing – letting the same hardware suit a road car or a track build. Caliper finish is part of the spec too, offered in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black or Anodized Black at no extra cost, with a Custom Color in any Pantone for £150, plus premium polished-forged Titanium, Polished Gold and Polished Silver and candy Teal, Blue, Red and Orange. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, with two-tone centre bells in five anodized colours or titanium selectable at checkout. It is a rear-specific kit designed to partner a front big brake upgrade and keep the whole car’s braking in proportion.
Fitment for the Mercedes Benz C-Class W205 (2015-2021)
This kit is cut for the Mercedes Benz C-Class W205 across the 2015 to 2021 model years. Because the W205 rear caliper integrates the electronic parking brake, fitment for this chassis needs to be confirmed against your exact variant before purchase – the listing reflects that. Check your build so the rear hardware matches your car.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
